Not the bullets you specified, but PP2000MR is the winner for all weights with 200 to 250 cup-n-cores in my 22" rifle. Using Hornady 200 Sp Pt. in Lapua '06 brass it's been to a max load at 3000fps with 200s, but best accuracy is down around 2960. RP brass has a bit more space & will take about 2 1/2 gr. more powder to equal velocity. The case is FULL, so I tried PPVarmint. It pressured out about 100fps before reaching the velocity 2000MR got. CFE223 is reported by some to be as good, but my rifle didn't care for it at all. Start data is in Speer #15 & Sierra VI.
Accuarcy has reliably been hovering around an inch @ 100 yds. with nice round groups which is about as good as my eyes will allow with a 5x scope.

Mine was 61.5 of 8208 and a standard LR primer. It shoots well.

I use IMR-3031 (old school cool) with the 200 TTSX. Speed right at 2,850 fps from a 22" tube. Minute of Moose, Deer and Bear for sure. TAC wasn't the wonder powder it was supposed to be (unlike CFE-223)

I get outstanding accuracy and killing power out of my Whelen using 200gr. Hornady Inter-lok RN and IMR 3031. I got this load from Ken Waters Pet Loads, he listed it as most accurate 200gr. load that he tested.

I prefer classic. Semper Fi I used to run with the hare. Now I'm envious of the tortoise and I do my own stunts but rarely intentionally
