Did some spares tonight. 225 to start for 2 hours. Cranked to 300 for an hour and 325 for the last hour.

Came out really good.

It would take a pro to know the difference.

Green Mountain isn't smoking like crazy fwiw. Did a hard reset and things settled down.

Really appreciate the help fellas.

Screw you! I'm voting for Trump again!

Nice! Glad you got it figured out.

Never would have guessed that one would be doing a hard reset on a malfunctioning smoker, but at the same time it's actually pretty dang cool how much control that system has for something that seems so simple. Flame control, along with auger, fans, etc.

Kaleb, cool vid. Thank you!

Hig, glad you got it sorted out. Sometimes that’s about the best you can do with anything electronic!

The Trek has worked well for me. Sometimes it’ll have a small temp spike and I’ve noticed occasions of the white pillowy smoke.

I typically use a stick burner offset cooker but the convenience of a pellet cooker has its place.
