Noslers are great bullets, but for the 45-70, I absolutely love the Remington core lokt 405 grain. Yep. Got some, too.

Actually, the guy’s price doesn’t seem out of line. I don’t see many soft point 45-70 loads under $60 and they go right up from there for the specialty loads. The Supreme Partition Gold load seems to be rare. Is anyone else selling it for less?

I don't know about the price of 45-70 ammo, but the .458 Nosler Partition bullets were discontinued and are quite sought after.
Prices are pretty crazy for those bullets on GunChoker.
