Don't know where one was, but the Columbia river system generates some trophies. Probably consume a few salmon/steelhead smolts on their way to the ocean.
Everyone has been predicting the new world record will be caught out of the Columbia. There is so much forage. Salmon and steelhead smolts, Shad, perch, and tons of crawfish.
