Looked like a fixed blade, 4-5", . ....and it magically appeared. On his person or the shelf behind him? I believe it was laying on The counter next to the register. Look like he picks something up. Watch again Those stab wounds weren't superficial. Deep they were.

Click on the bottom right, little sprocket looking doodad, click play speed .25 = 1/4 speed. Store dude landed 2-3 kill shots in about 2-3 seconds.

I'm pretty sure the rule in Vegas used to be that you never, ever fugged with the house or the shopkeepers. Hopefully the store owner will walk.

Nevada is a stand your ground state with no duty to retreat. The shop owner had a right to be in the place where the deadly force was used and did not initiate the encounter.
