In SD it seems that the doves don't care about your vehicle. They also decoy great to spinning mojo's. I built a couple trees that have stationary and spinning deeks in it and the birds land all the time in it. I usually park a 100 yards away. Not much pressure up here though. 100s in the wheat now. First cold snap and they head south. Some years it doesn't even pay to go out Sept 1. Looking forward to the season.

Watching the sky line.
Alot of birds 100,s of yards away flare away from mojo dove around here.
I would say 65 70% of the time.
Like slumlord says we both think it looks like a hawk at hover ready to pounce.
Not a fan of mojo dove.

Used to set decoys on a 10 12 ft skun down sapling outline to sky.
It would work on calm birds and bring em in.
But once they start getting shot at it's pretty well decoys are done time.
You might some random ones coming in from a opposite direction that ain't been feeling the heat and be drawn in by dekes.

I dont even use em anymore.
Rather carry more chubby treats and water in their place.
I had 6 really nice ones.
Think I sold em at a yard sale couple yrs ago...

Another poster talked about groups of 4 5 8 sky blasters and their azzholery.
You get a couple of groups like that in a hot area.
Like some fuuuucking german flak tower in WW2 schit.
Fuuucking cock blocking other hunters, not just the ones immediately around them but everyone on a field espically if it is a major fly route onto a feild the 1st day, tee heeing and Haw hawing about it.
Makes a primo pile of doves pic on the tailgate for Facebook I geuss.
They dont even know who shot what for the most part.
I like knowing I I waylayed a bird and like watching gravity do its thing and the thump when it hits the ground.
Alot of times you see these groups hitting the same bird 2 or 3 times on the way down.

Even though perfectly legal, the over all delibrate game pig aspect of it really sucks.

TN Wardens fuuuuking see it around here and dont say a damm thing to em.
Ruins opportunity for everyone on the field type of schit would not be a difficult approach to speak about to groups like this for a warden to do.

Tn Wardens don't wanna be seen as the bad guy espically when dealing with the locals in the area they live in.
They got no spine....

Hate that schit...

Didnt know there were so many rules to kill a bird!

Best spot around here that we found was actually the local skeet club. Have not been there in a few years. But used to grab a sixer and swing by on the way home from work. Not a bad way to wrap up a day

Ain't hard to figure out.
2019 member date.
Starts posting about a week or 2 after Crappy Hamster stops in July.
Trying to build up cred all over the forums by interacting with well known members.
Posting up generalities of "knowledge" attained from being on here
Has at least 3 favorite deer rifles.
Drops little nugget chime in post all over.

Makes a post on this thread about dogs and dove hunting
Like people hunt dove walking feilds with dogs and flushing them up... either out of sheer stupidity or looking for a reaction from the post.

All one has to do is look at his new sockpuppet post history.

I could probably antagonize his azz for awhile and get him to lose it like I did to his " Uncle Alvah" sockpuppet yesterday, like elkymasarnutts when he blows his top style.

Why even bother anymore.....
2 or 3 of his other pathetic sockpuppets will take its place.
The generic sock puppet profile with 0 info on it.
Surprised he has given up friending his own sockpuppets with his fuschia colored hair Masar Avatar....
Thinking he is being smart???
More like a demented loser who lives on the web between scamming people thru his bullschit Cardones Ministries scam...

He really sucks at sockpuppeteering...
I just want him to know alot of us can peg him anytime we want.

You all can decide for yourself on these retard sockpuppets of his that are on here.
This little retard has been doing this for years and alot of aloof people and B types fall for his crap.

Pretty fuuuuking pathetic that running sockpuppets on 24 is the axis his life revolves around and it all started when Bin fuuuked up him originally as Masar...

Plus add in how me and slumlord had him thinking several yrs ago we was on his side and was gonna try and work to get him back with a 2nd chance with Bin.
Then totally pulled the rug out from under him on that and fuuuked him up...
And all the times I have fuuucked him up since.
Told the stupid fuuuk long game....

He still dont know what I did behind the scenes and how Crappy Hamster outta the blue seemingly had restrictions put on that account similar to his Masar one.

Fuuuuk him and the little Hobby horse he rode in on...

I choose when and what I wanna do to fuuuktards...

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Flushing up doves, now there’s a technique I have yet to try ... like shooting straight out at ground level is not a safety issue on any dove hunt. crazy

Getch yerself a long whip of river cane

Walk around the edges of the dove field and swat the ground. Also take a hickory stick and whoop the bark on them fencerow trees. Get em circulin

This works on them kudzu deers too

finding downed dove is tough, no matter how much ground cover there is. So I'd suggest that when you drop one don't take your eye off of the spot it dropped. They are tough to find even in a plowed/weed-less field.

Laws aren't preventative measures. In other words, more laws won't prevent gun crime from happening.
