I can't absolutely say for sure, but I recall having one for .44 Mag ammo in the early 80's.

We used to sell them from late 70’s thru 80’s.

I think from sometime in the early to mid 1970's. I have a large pile of their ammo trays which I like very much. I haven't seen them in stores for a very long time. Seems like every time I've gone to a gun show I luck out and get another one or two. A couple of the ones I have have been in my possession since the early 1960s. Before that what trays I had were home made wooden ones. Still have those as well. PJ

I’d call it “vintage”
Put $2 on the sticker.

Flambeau used to sell a lot of plastic products for the shooting sports. Before we ever heard of MTM around hear. I have a Flambeau double rifle case, and a dozen 50 count hinged top rifle cartridge boxes. All purchased about 1980 at local retailers.
I remember the ammo wallets were available at that time also. Though I did not own any.
They made great products. That double rifle case must have ridden 100,000 miles jammed in between three dirt bikes in the back of a Toyota pickup. I still use it today for range trips.
People who choose to brew up their own storms bitch loudest about the rain.

Looked what turned up the mail the other day. They are probably the oldest NOS Flambeau ammo wallets in existance, and to score the lot for $2 a piece was even better.
