I am not sure if they mean 300 pages... or 300 documents with several pages each.
150 classified documents where returned in January, but NARA knew more was missing.. and that Trump refused to hand over, and even had his lawyer sign he didn't have any more.
Which turns out... he did. 300 more...
And to think Trump actually signed into law:
"Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both."
With Trump’s signing S. 139 into law, that became: “ … shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.”
And with that, it became a felony. They in fact, made Walt president of the Alaska chapter.

To declassify something... there is a paper trail.
Show the paper trail....
Classified documents that get declassified, are shredded or burnt, and a new set, without classified markings printed.
If its unclassified... everybody can read it.
Trump has claimed everything he touched during his 4 years where declassified..
Well, I am sure a lot of us are eager to read US state secrets.... since, you know, they are all declassified...
