The big difference was when Trump was in office we were exporting oil.We had a surplus and the oil he sold was at a profit for The USA and he replaced it with cheaper oil.Biden is selling when we are importing oil because he shut pipelines down and curtailed new permits for wells.Simple economics.Perhaps too simple for some to grasp.
