Mrs. KG hit Boston last night after almost a month back in the big T with family. It was a long, hard time for me and our girls being on our own, but we survived without Mommy being around somehow. Collateral damage was to be expected after such an extended hiatus, and since opening the front door for her, MKG has been busy getting her place cleaned like a demon possessed and getting fixed to her impeccable standards. It has been a welcome relief. Only so much destruction and abuse of a homestead can one gal withstand.
I'm a bit twisted, and feeling fine, so will post a few pics just because. I'll likely regret it when the sun comes up, but I was born a rebel, so here goes. No rhyme or particular reason to the shots, and take what you will from them, but life is grand and I hope one or more of you lads get a smile from one or more of the shots. Summertime, and the living's easy...
Soundtrack to be played while peeping pics. Or not.
Random shuffle, mind.
Piece of pottery from the Joemon period gifted to MKG by an old dude while visiting with friends. Alleged to be at least 1500 years old and up to something like 10K years back...
Great stuff as always, looks like it has been quite a summer. The "welcome home" video is very familiar. Karn gets the same treatment from our two whether she has been gone to the store for 20 minutes or away for 2 weeks. When I get home they don't even get off their pillows, not sure what I am doing wrong.
And Brown’s, very memorable place, point in the tank and pick out your lobster…..
yes, good eating.
