‘A rise’, he writes. Well played, son. Standing by for your retort. Whaddaya got, Gorton’s Fishermen fish stix wrapped in a tortilla with Miracle Whip?

Looks like we’re on to head offshore on TH for tuna. Calling for 3’-6’ with 10-15s out of the west so if the forecast holds it should be big swells but fish able. It’s going to hurt if we crush them after you cancelled.

BTW, NEVER trust the Gorton’s fisherman. Ever. wink
Hope Yall do well, wish I could be there, but have a big job I can't afford to turn down. Once I get out of this hole I've had to deal with between the covid BS and having to care for my Dad the last yr, I'll be back up.

Hopefully, the swells are more on the 3ft side. Looking forward to the pics.

My late brother caught one in NC. When we got back to the rental house we slipped outside and threw some on the grill. My oh My. Possibly the best fish I ever ate, even better than snook I think.

The other 14 or so people never knew.

I’ve struck out the past 4 times chasing wahoo on the A side of FL. My guys tell me they hook them pretty regularly but of course never when I’m on deck!

As far as sashimi quality, a couple of sushi fan buddies down FL way have told me the same, that wahoo sashimi is outstanding. As an aside, my swordfish guide/self-proclaimed sushi nut bud insists that
There’s nothing in the ocean better than raw swordfish. I remain skeptical, but hope to find out for myself one of these days…

Guilty. Oreida frozen steak fries. Our tatties don’t get harvested until October.
