For anyone curios about the design, I bisected it with a wall at the center. On bedroom side of center wall is full bathroom toilet, vanity, shower. On other side of wall is utility room and a second toilet ( my wife said if she has to go outside to enter other half, she required a bathroom on both side).

I ordered a Kohler cast iron shower base in lue of shower tiles.

I am looking at wall hanging toilets to put the tanks in the utility room.

Does anyone have any experience with wall mounted toilets? The kind with the tank and brackets in the wall?

They are starting to tax shipping container builds now in Texas. First it was barndomeniums, now even pole barns and shipping containers.

My neighbor’s container build was assigned a value of $55K

Appraiser told me they are gonna start taxing trailer builds too if wheels are off or tag expired.

These A$$holes have found a gold mine with property taxes. I wish we would go to income tax and cheap property taxes.

I expect Montana will tax this but at 320 square feet I am expecting it to be reasonable.

I think the snap together faux tiles should work for the bathroom outside the shower.
I will shower pan liner the whole bathroom 4x6 ft.
And faux tile over, I may need to allow for moisture to escape.

Use a fiberglass shower. Try to pipe where it can be all drained, no traps in the piping system.

I installed a septic system on the lot on Tuesday.
Cast iron shower pan arrived.
I just need to hemorrhage a few more bags of money.
Calling for snow here this weekend…
