The number is closer to 6%, because that would exclude the young, elderly and women, who aren't engaged in the activity to the same extent.
And the number represents crimes where the perp's race is *known*.
Blacks are probably responsible for 90% of murders where the perp's race is unknown.

The talking point used to be that despite blacks making up 13% of the US population, they commit 50% of murders. That was updated to 56% with the release of the 2020 crime stats. But the 2021 stats are now out and blacks, true to their Nature, have continued their commitment to violence and are now responsible for 60% of murders committed in the US despite remaining at 13% of population. A huge problem with FBI crime stats is that Whites are lumped in with "Hispanics." If Whites were counted alone, that would too strongly counter the anti-White narrative they're pushing.

To compile this data must mean there is some point in doing so. Lumping in Hispanics with Whites while taking the time to break out American Indians, Asians, and Blacks separately means that the point was not to be accurate overall, or to generate meaningful stats. The point is likely to reach the end results that the statisticians are aiming for. Why they are aiming for those results is the question. And do they not realize that breaking out Blacks individually but not Whites is inherently "racist" to the Blacks? By those same standards, Blacks should have another race lumped in with them, to avoid clear results regarding numbers, as they certainly did that with Whites and Hispanics in order to muddy the water with those groups. Why not lump in the Asians with the Blacks so their stats can be equally worthless and we can all be uninformed there too? Any set of data that is manipulated like this is just junk. This whole thing is a joke.....

It's not 13%. A big part of that 13% are in elementary school, another big part is females, another big part is old people sitting on the front porch in rocking chairs.
60% of the murders are committed by black males somewhere between the age of 16 and 28.
It's probably about 3% committing 60% of the murders in America.
