No brainer: https://www.trijicon.com/products/details/gl01If you on a budget: https://www.trijicon.com/products/details/gl05I caution people purchasing sights like the HD because that significantly brighter/more prominent/bigger front dot has a tendency to lie to the shooter when they get back to the 25 and 50. They think they're on the sight because the size of it tells them they are on the sight. They're not. They miss. It can easily be overcome but it's something to be aware of.

True,.. my old duty gun 2nd Gen model 21 came with night-sites. The front site was narrower compared to factory sites. And they were Trijicons night sites, long since lost their glow.

I've been happy with my TruGlo TFO's but am not what I'd call an expert pistol guy. I like to shoot, hit what I'm aiming for more than 50% of the time type. Never did IDPA/USPSA etc. Linky thing

I like the Ameriglo Hackathorn set. Very practical in day or low light. Pretty affordable as well.

I put a HiViz front on my 20. The white U on the rear serves better than the too narrow notch. It shoots low. Cheap but clumsy. I'd go with Ameriglo Hackathorn too maybe at $56. Now called Protector. The I dot Pros second choice in night sights. Three dots are too slow for me. Honestly a bright green fiber optic like from Dawson is hard to beat and quicker to focus than most night sights. They can advise the right combination to hit point of aim for your particular purpose. Real pros.

Heine Straight 8's are probably my favorite so far.
But regular 3 dot Trijicons have always been fine.
TruGlo TFO's also very good. Only have them on one gun & them may become the new favorite over time.
Kinda what your preference is.................lotsa good sights, just whatever style you see best.

I have Ameriglo 3 dot Tritium sights on mine. Large orange dot on the front, 2 white in the rear. That big orange dot is easy to pick up In daylight conditions. Tritium dots for night. I think they are called Spartans.
