I mostly agree, but Trump's ego is too big to let him step aside, but if he runs, it will be a replay of 2020 as with all the mail in & early voting, the fraud will again defeat him or any other R candidate. As I see it, the problem in this year's election and the problem we are going to have in 2024 is that the Democrats and the media have been able to personalize the campaign and then demonize the Republican candidates. The Republicans have fallen into the trap of running against the person on the Democrat ticket. They should instead focus on running against the Democrat Party. The individual who is on the other side doesn't matter, they are just a cog in the Liberal Machine. For instance, the focus was largely on Fetterman's mental capacity instead of the fact that as a Senator he will be a voting clone of Chuck Shumer. Run against the Party, not the person. Lord knows there is plenty of ammunition to use against them.
It's not fair, but at this point Trump has been demonized to the point that he and he alone will be the focal point of 2024. We need someone who is more likeable and is able to "demonize" the Democrat Party as a whole, regardless of whether it is Biden, Mobama, Hilary, or whoever. Trump is capable of running for President again, and capable of running the country; but I don't think the country is capable of having him.
