I'm still in 36-38. 38's can fall down if I undo the belt. 36's feel a bit tight. Still trying to get another 10-12 lbs off though.

Good afternoon once more Roger, I still hope you're doing well down there on the Gulf Coast.
Well done on getting some weight off, it has to both feel better and be easier on the entire system.
As we age, it's for sure tougher to do, but if we are able to not gain too, too much our joints and muscles seem to do better or so I've noticed with friends and family.

For the life of me, I can't figure out who the hell the men are who weigh what the docs say you should weigh based on height. I'm right at 6' and the charts say the most I should weigh is about 180 lbs and the least is 140 lbs. I weigh 200 +/- 5 lbs and can't imagine what I'd be like if I lost 20 lbs. 140 lbs? I guess those skinny jeans wearing leftist guys with the man buns and nail polish are the models for the weight charts, but there is no way I would be able to get to or stay at 180 lbs without having a limb removed and at 140 lbs I'd look like I spent a winter at Auschwitz.
