Friend has a Ruger ranch in .300 blackout and wants a flush magazine. Found a discontinued one by magnetospeed. Anyone know of such an animal? https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1019569846

I successfully shortened a few Pmag 10's for the Ruger American 350 Legend. Rough cut a section out with a bandsaw, sanded both surfaces flat, and glued the bottom back on with the black JB plastic welder. That way the removable mag bottom is still functional. But, gave up on that gun and went to a Franchi, that has an actual magazine designed for the rifle it is. Ruger really blew it using the AR mags in their bolt actions. Then they had to hatchet job the bottom of the bolt body to make it work. A simple stack magazine would have been a hell of a lot smarter. They could have sold a larger capacity longer one as well.

Thanks. If you get a chance to post a photo of your rifle with that mag it would be great. I assumed they'd protrude more than that.
