shrapnel, nice gun and it's the non-pinned version which means that you will have no trouble with way oversized chambermouths as the appeared in the earlier guns of the "pinned-period". What kind of loads do you shoot with that gun? Do you use it for hunting?

Got myself a serious J-Frame fetish. But, I’m certainly not looking to be cured of it.

These two are really accurate. Pre-17 and an 18. Kids are funny to watch with them. They are used to auto’s holding many more rounds. Usually it was takes two “clicks” before the disappointing look of “it’s out”

Sure is fun! At closer ranges few survive. Past 15’ or so their chances rise significantly. A 22 mag with Feds pushes the deadly distance out further.

Those old products had more hand fitting and attention to detail. For example, old S&W revolvers had five screw frame with finely checkered wood grips. Now they only use 3 screws plus inexpensive rubberized grips to make manufacture and assembly easier and cheaper. In addition to quality they bring older folks to their years of youth which almost always seem like great times even if in actuality they were less then great. Nostalgia rules.
NGAF what you lift of the web for your bullschitt " nuggets of knowledge" that you post.
You have been reduced to irrelevance on here in case you haven't noticed.

Nice old colts but you should learn to keep your finger off the trigger when posing.
Just sayin cause it's one of the rules for safe gun handling.
While I might not agree that no revolver is any until you shoot something there is someting about hunting with a good revolver.

Your finger isn't on the trigger just along side of the trigger

LOL.
You don't know how to safely handle a handgun.
Who saw that coming?
Finger on trigger and first joint is bent.
Keep your finger off the trigger unless you intend to shoot.

So his finger was on the trigger, like I said, but safe gun handling does not matter with single action revolvers?
Alec Baldwin sock puppet account says WHAT?
Pro tip. Keep your finger off the trigger until you intend to shoot.
It's a simple rule.

The entire point of that exchange is to keep you bugger hook off the bang switch until ready to fire.
Learn safe gun handling and the 4 rules before you kill someone like Alec Baldwin.
It's even funnier that Kyle was there when Norm Hooten gave that iconic line in real life.
But current best practices has the AR safety engaged at all times when not firing and finger off trigger when not firing.
Get you finger off the trigger, Alec jr.
