Personally I don't give a damn about his taxes. He is a billionaire! Of course he is going to use every loophole in the tax code to his advantage.
Those of us that file the long form use every break we can get to save a few dollars in paying taxes. I doubt he has anything to do with his own taxes. He pays tax attorneys for that.

They will absolutely be leaked if they land in the House before the new crew takes over. The “investigation” ceases on day one of the new Congress, so the ruling is a nothing burger unless they can comb through it all and refer something to “Justice🙄” before then.

The Dems in the House must believe they will do a better audit than the IRS has already done over and over. Exactly. Unless there is some real evidence to back up the commies claims, the supreme court F'd up on this big time. The IRS had no issues with any of the 8 years of Trumps' filed tax returns, why the problem now? More Bravo Sierra. But, if they released Trump's returns, why not Biden's in a short while? Precedent has been set.

Lois Lerner under Obama went over his tax returns with a fine tooth comb when Trump announced his run for the 2016 presidential election. All this is a desperation move to try to use a legal tax deduction and twist it into some kind of fraud.

I don't understand how Congress can subpoena someone's tax records? Isn't Income Tax auditing for the IRS??
Where do they get the authority? 26 U.S. Code § 6103 allows for the Chairmen of certain congressional committees to request any tax return.
