Over 200 so far this year. The DA says they don't have enough public defenders to try them so they just drop the charges and turn them loose. They've been charged with assault, illegal guns, car thefts, you name it. Portland is a criminal's paradise. Liberal justice is the rule there, meaning no justice at all. PORTLAND JUSTICE
