My mother was raised at a small town in the Oklahoma panhandle, named Beaver, OK.
I guess whoever put this map together had already used that name, though.

Wyoming has the Killpecker Sand Dunes, named by the early soldiers who passed through and drank water from springs there. Also, we used to have [bleep] Creek but political correctness years ago got it renamed Schute Creek. EDIT: Hey, my very first Bleep in all the years I have been here.
