Best custom call maker show there is. In northern Georgia January 13th and 14th.

Been kicking around making a quick trip of it to check it out and see some friends I don't get to see very often.

Anyone else planning to attend this show ??

You should go it's a great show for mOrons....that's a long way to drive for a 30 minute show.

Guy called me the other day and wanted on my list I told him it would be well over a year. He said most of the guys he's talked to have a list....but they tell him to come to the Unicoi show and they could buy a call.


I asked him if they had such a call list how can you go to a show and buy a call ?.....his reply was "I thought that was kinda strange"

What day ??

Still haven't decided if I'm making the drive or not. But it'd probably be Friday if I do.

Yeah some guys are really bad about that. My turkey call buying days r about over anyway. Ive been on Lamar williams list for 7 years eventhough I could buy one at Unicoi. also, Farmers list for about 14 yrs. Guess if I was an Nwtf honcho I might of had one of his

With the Reverand all you have to do is pOny up and pay extra tithes.....

So, in a change of events, it's looking quite a lot like I'll be headed there for the show.

If you've never seen it, it's definitely worth the look. Very crowded show. But a whole lot of industry names and interesting folks to meet there.

I used to go every year when I was working shows. The Nashville show is a pretty long hoof from here compared to a lot of the other places it used to be held. But the Opryland Hotel venue is pretty impressive. Probably too late now. But a garden room in the Opryland Hotel is a cool experience ANY time. Then add in a few thousand other turkey people calling turkeys from their balconies at 3:00 AM.............

Be sure to find out where you need to go to find the callmaker's competition. They used to have all the entered calls on the main show floor. But, this year they've been moved to another location there somewhere. I'm not exactly sure where.
