This Brunson case is getting way too much attention.
The Law of War Manual was signed June 12, 2015. The Manual was put together by Military and Federal Lawyers who took the Lieber Code 1863, Geneva Conventions, Hague Conventions, Nuremberg Trials, the Law of War Manuals: Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and Canada, and combined those to strengthen the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Donald John Trump rode down the escalator to announce his candidacy June 16, 2015.
Then the Military Justice Act of 2016 was passed. The MJA is where the SUPREME COURT confirmed and clarified that Military Laws and Courts are separate from Civil Laws and Courts. That Military Law supersedes Civil Law.
Don’t you think that they’re painting a little picture here of what’s to come?
Keep in mind, both of those were passed before DJT became President.
Then one of the most important Executive Orders of the 7, he declared with National Emergencies.
How did Donald J. Trump know to write Executive Order 13848 and to DECLARE a National Emergency to deal with the “Threat” of Election Fraud TWO months before the November 2018 midterm and TWO Years before Covid and the November 2020 Presidential Election?
That would mean the ONLY evidence available would have been 2016 and prior.
Timelines matter. So does terminology.
Inside the Executive Order 13848 it specifically says this:
“Although there has been NO evidence of a foreign power altering the outcome or vote tabulation in any United States election”
NO evidence of a foreign power. It never mentioned domestic.
“Altering the outcome or vote tabulation…” Well there kicks the Voter Tabulation in which we have LAWS in place to deal with a VT situation as outlined in 3 US Code Chapter 1.
It was not a Contingent Election as we have LAWS to deal with that also addressed in 3 US Code Section 5 and 7.
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,
50 US Code 1701: Unusual and Extraordinary Threat; declaration of National Emergency; exercise of Presidential authorities:
Every Code and Section matters inside Orders. Too many people want to skim over what matters.
On December 3, 2020, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito set a deadline of December 8 (the safe-harbor date for 2020) for Pennsylvania officials to respond to a request to throw out the state’s mail-in voting results, or possibly the entire Pennsylvania election in Representative Mike Kelly’s suit at the Supreme Court.
On December 8, the Supreme Court denied the application for a writ of injunction.
On December 27, 2020, Texas Representative Louis Gohmert filed a suit in US District Court seeking to give Vice President Mike Pence full authority to declare which slate of electors would be accepted by Congress.
