1000 rounds of 556, 62 gr green tip
And 1000 rounds 124gr 9mm S&B

All of them do something better than the 30-06, but none of them do everything as well.

Gambled on a LE turn in Sig P229R in 40SW from the Sportsmans Guide. I was planning to have it refinished, but was very pleased as it is in like new condition! Even the tritium sights glow brightly. A steal at $489.

New G10 grips are all she needs.

Thank you local _dirt. I sure enjoy campfire forum. Bunch of old school like minded folks, vets who understand freedom and and what it costs. Freedom comes from God not man. The Left is destroying America.

You must have been good this year! I haven't found anything that excites me yet but I may have to lower my standards. Time is running out.

Life is good after my bout with Covid in 2020 that caused me to spend 14 months in specialty hospitals and nursing home. Was on ventilator (3 of us survived); had a trach, stage 4 sacral wound, colostomy bag, amputated toes and heel on L foot, finally the L leg below the knee,10 operations, 7.5 months with a Foley catheter, 6 bouts of pneumonia, numerous UTIs, emergency abdominal surgery due to hospital food. Wow!

Nothing that nice, but I did buy a Kidd bolt & handle - been slowly collecting parts for a nice build over the and they were the last I needed.

Well, now I need glass I guess.....

Merry Christmas!

Well…I finally picked up my Odin MOAB 30Cal suppressor last week so that was a bit of an early Christmas present for me. I have 2 complete lowers I bought that are at my FFL waiting for me to do the paperwork on and I have a complete 18” 6.5 Grendel upper on its way to me as we speak. Christmas is everyday around here…..😀
