I went down that road a few years ago. Hours of internet time trying to find something. No luck. Found options for right hand, but nothing for lefty. Save maybe a full custom job. Ended up trading the rifle off. I really liked it, it was just heavy to tote around.

Not that hard to convert a RH stock to LH as long as stock has neutral cast. Synthetics are easier as paint will hide filled in bolt cut outs.

I'm pretty sure Boyd's can do one the last time I checked (might not be synthetic though). I was in your same shoes, and like above, I ultimately ended up selling the rifle. For a scout rifle in that configuration, it was just too darn heavy. I ended up building a custom 16.5" 308 rifle that weighs 6.5lbs instead.
