Doesn't seem so much a riddle as an equation. I would start with the clue about the Norwegian living in the first house as the most specific and chain the other relationships together. I mean if I wasn't about to take the dog for a walk and am too lazy otherwise that's what I would do. Or just jump to the end of the video, like this guy did: The German owns the fish.... I didn't jump to any video....had that in physics class in the late 60s...
