Subversion and treason by paid off or blackmailed US govt officials assisting in a foreign attack on the US, acting with foreign agents in a time of declared war to affect the overthrow of the US govt, is not handled by the DOJ, SC or Congress. Those crimes are an act of war and undeclared enemy agents in our govt are handled by the DOD.
That's why Trump said "When the truth comes out the people will support what we do". Military Tribunals are coming.
