Now it's time for a multi million dollar lawsuit for malicious prosecution. I'm sure there's probably a legal beagle somewhere who's looking for some free publicity who would take the case pro bono, or for a contingency fee.

These arseholes in the DOJ knew this was very likely going to happen. The process itself is the punishment. I hope he finds a rabid dog for an attorney and gets several million out of them.
