Heineken was the only option on KLM flights I flew in and out of Saudi for ten years. Had to be fresh from the cold box to drink on the plane. The draft in the KLM lounge at Amsterdam was pretty good and it was free.

Schlitz, Bud and Guinness are the worst chit I’ve ever tasted.

Heineken's for drinkin' not purchasing. I don't drink anymore, but
there was a bunch of Heiny's left over from a big party. You
could always chase it with Bud Lite.

Back in my college days (70s) i usually opted for the $1.69 six pack.....carling black lives, schlitz, that generic stuff that just had "beer" stamped on it.....

It was all rental property anyway.....

Got VERY drunk drinking Heineken and champagne once.

Haven't tasted either in over 37 years.

I was pretty broke when my daughter was born in '76.
Texas Pride and Buckhorn were 99cents a 6er.

Boys Boys, You're taking this much too seriously. Just get Shiner Amber or Black. Apologies to Coach Bryant.

In Iraq we could get the little kids at the gate to go get us a case of “3 Horses Beer”. Don’t ask me where little kids could get beer in a Muslim country. We called it 3 horse piss. It is worse than Heineken. By far!

And I don’t mind a can of Coors every now and then. Especially Banquet!

OK, I'll fess up, I am a closet liker of Heineken, not all the time, just once in awhile. I think I look better posing with a green bottle than any other color.

Drank a sixer of it, Saturday night.

Hadn't had it in forever.

Quite enjoyed it.

If I had to describe the Shiner house style it would be filling. I'm not a light beer drinker either, but two of anything I've tried from there and I'm full.

Heineken that hasn't been mishandled or light struck isn't skunky. The green bottles and florescent cooler lighting don't do the beer any good, Heineken seeming to be particularly sensitive this way. The way to buy it is in cans, or in bottles from completely enclosed twelve packs or similar.

seen very few Mexicans drink Corona either.

Saw a story on 60 Minutes quite a few years ago about Corona that was made in Mexico and destined for the North American market.

Plant workers were peeing in and putting a lot of disgusting stuff into the vats like dead mice and other stuff.

You could not pay me to drink Corona!
