Higginez;
Oh yes, they all hate my socks when I wear cargo shorts.

You are so right - drives them all to distraction.

I tell them I'm like that '70's beer commercial where the guys are sitting around the campfire and one of them says "this is as good as it gets"...

Both of our girls went to French Immersion in high school and my better half was going to be a high school French teacher before she married a farmer.. anyways apparently I'm a "mobile fashion fox paw" or something like that...

Thanks for the laugh tonight sir.

Best to you all again.

Fox paw! LOL

That'll get em too.

Our 16yo likes to play "fork knife" on the video games.

She loves it when I ask about it.

I don't know about defining my life, but whatever. We were practically Amish. We didn't have a TV until I was 18, but my dad made sure I never ran out of powder, primers, or lead. We didn't have any jacketed bullets. Only what we would cast from the free wheel weights my dad scrounged up. We were so broke, just like everyone else at that time, we lived in a trailer, and ate garbonzo bean soup and sugar peas nearly every night for dinner.....because dad had a farmer friend that felt sorry for us, and gave it to us for free.

Just 6

Me and the boy the weekend I graduated Basic - taken someplace in Gurnee Mills. I'd go onto language school to become a CTI

The boy graduating basic - Ft. Leonard Wood, he'd become a 12N - dozer/equipment operator

My grandfather - huge influence on who I am today and what I do for a living. I have a ton of miles in this truck with him. He's likely younger in this picture than I am today.

Thanks teal.

Sailing has an almost magical quality--being moved through the water, nearly silently, and burning no fuel. Using only the wind's natural force.

Great family & pretty wife, CG!

Well done, Sir!

I would have loved to do what your son is doing now, in my younger years!
