Copy.
It’s only been prohibited for what, the last 20-30 years? Longer? At least that long. Some people are dense.

Have not shipped anything in a while and tried to ship a stock at ups store and they wouldn't take it. No firearm parts of any kind she said.

Mailed a package yesterday, it was 26'' long, addition charge of $4.00 over 22ins. Over 30ins, EXTRA $15.00. The small flat rate box came down 20cents to $10.20 I taught ''WOW'' won't wonders never cease!

I use padded flat rate envelopes every chance I get. More items fit inside the envelope than the SFRB. As an additional benefit I roll items inside a padded envelope or two for extra padding before dropping them inside the last envelope that I label for shipping.

A couple of days ago the lady at the post office made it "crystal" clear to me that it was illegal to ship loaded ammo, or primed brass. She showed me the official written material in vivid color. It showed loaded pistol, rifle & shotgun shells. Illegal to ship. Be aware. I wouldn’t consider primed brass without further material to fall under that rule.

Could it be large corporations getting breaks with the carriers and charging the average guy more, you know like trickle down taxes.

I just used Pirate Ship this morning for the first time to ship a barrel in state. Went UPS (I have a hub here) for $8.14. USPS with Pirate Ship was $14.87 with the additional over 22" length $4.00 fee and USPS click and ship site was $17.30 so UPS got the nod. Probably won't be shipping anything other way.
Added bonus: I get to use a pirate accent while shipping! LOL...

I've been shipping FED-EX. I stopped USPS for a while now.
I prefer classic. Semper Fi I used to run with the hare. Now I'm envious of the tortoise and I do my own stunts but rarely intentionally

Anybody use the Priority Mail Cubic through Pirate Ship?
I read where the USPS is saying Cubic is the best option depending on size and weight, now that they ended the Regional.
