My wife made one of my favorite low carb dinners tonight. It’s called Crack slaw. Slaw, because it has cabbage in it. And Crack, because you can’t stop eating it. Hamburger, cabbage, sesame oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and Franks red hot sauce. Some other spices too. I put more Franks and some Sriracha in mine. Kinda like an egg roll without the wrapper. Tasty! Anyone here had it?

No, we do something similar with burger and cabbage with carrots onions and spices.

I do my own version of Chinese chicken salad.
Grilled island teriyaki chicken breast diced.
Bag of shredded Cole slaw mix, cabbage and carrots.
Craisons and sliced almonds.
Throw it all together in a bowl.
Squeeze the juice of a lime and the juice of an orange over it and then add Asian sesame salad dressing.
For the chicken I just marinade it for at least a few hours in Soy Vei brand island teriyaki marinade and grill.

Bb good and like it but too much sugar for low carb

I do polish sausages cut 1". Cabbage cut 2" squares or so. Can of Rotel. Cook all together until cabbage is tender. Perfect with cornbread.
I will have to try this Crack slaw!

If I ruled the world for a day, anybody naming a recipe “krack whatever” or some iteration of it would be hung on the courthouse square for everybody to see.

I don't care what anyone says, whenever I hear some food item with "crack" attached, I can only think of one thing.

I dont like the term "crack" associated with food.
Dave Chappelle made a joke about how whitey didn't give a fugg about the crack scourge that went through the black community....and now blacks dont GAS about the opioid epidemic killing white trash America.
He makes a good point.
