A Big Double Thumbs Up to Mystery Ranch 12 years ago bought from them a Crew Cab back pack + Nice frame . Well after 12 years of tough useage , countless miles , crazy amounts of weight < elk , deer , sheep , moose ,bear > along with chainsaw and generators etc etc., 3 of the zippers broke and few of the release buckles snapped . So i contacted there warranty dept , sent them pictures of the issues , they got back to me within a couple of days with a preprinted UPS freight form . So shipped the pack to them , they received it checked it all out and got back to me saying the pack was to far gone for repair . So they said no worries they will ship me a brand new bag under there Life Time Warranty program no charge !!!! 5 days later UPS shows up with the bag and they also shipped it prepaid .!!!!!! So great to see a company that stands behind there products 100% and are so great to deal with on any issues . Once again A Big Double Thumbs up to Mystery Ranch .

I use one of the older "tent pole" popup 28's. One of the pole sections on a side came loose and it was unusable with the pole up. Sent the pictures and filled out the form online. Within a few days a new pole was at my home. I used it the rest of the season in the down position so I still need to fix it but I was happy they got me a part so fast.

After seeing this, I’m going to call them again. I had the exact opposite experience.

Mystery Ranch is Dana Design, correct?
I should send in my terra plane, it is falling apart from the inside. Something in there, the stuffing has disintegrated.
Proverbs - A wise man feareth, and departs from evil: but the fool rages, in confidence. - It is honor for a man to cease from strife: but every fool will meddle. - Mischief is as sport to a fool: but a man of understanding hath wisdom.

The only repair that we are able to assist with on Dana Design packs is the replacement of the back foam pad on all sizes of Arcflex packs.

That is great to hear. Thanks for sharing the positive experience.
Just because I am wandering around doesn't mean I am lost.
