Howdy folks:

I acquired a fair amount of Federal Fusion 7mm 150 grain bullets a few years back. Was planning on working up a load for my Tikka in 7mm Mag. Does anyone have any experience with the fusion bullets in 7mm Mag?

Thanks,

Rich

I have worked up a couple of different loads using the 160 grain fusions in my Tikka 7RM. One was with MagPro and the other RL-22. Found a good load with both, but that is pretty common, in my experience with Tikkas.

Thanks for the info. HHTR. I have yet to reload with Fusion bullets. Hoping the 150s group well in the Tikka. Just so happen to have some RL-22 on the bench too, smile

I’ve never tried them, like Partition’s and ballistic tips

I’ve used the Fusions in my .280 Remington (7mm 150gr) with great results; both on paper and hunting deer and antelope.

Excellent! Was hoping that giving these Fusions a try would be worth the effort.

I have had good experiences with Fusion .338s in 185 and 200gr. There should be no difference in 7mm performance. If they do not shoot, I would be interested in buying them.
