Any ideas as to who may do this?
I have a 16 gauge Featherlight RD w modified barrel and want to get a full choke barrel fit to it.
From my understanding these need fit so they will lock together properly.

Depends when it was made. There's a serial number cut-off with guns post-dating that will allow barrels to fit right in. Google would be your friend. I think it fell sometime in the late 1960's but don't quote me on that. My 1970-vintage M37 12 gauge has had several barrels come and go on it. Both receiver and barrel have to post date that serial number.

This one is old enough it needs fitted. Almost 100k lower on serial than cut off.

Choke tubes should be cheaper, unless you want a longer barrel.

10ga - please, in the name of all that is holy DO NOT modify that barrel.....;)
That is a rare one you have there and hoping you are getting good enjoyment out of it.

I would suggest reaching out to Les Hovencamp at Diamond Gunsmithing. He is “the man” when it comes to Ithacas

Ithaca will do it, but they’ll modify your action so it’s no longer original.

May check the shotgun world forums.
Probably a dozen phone calls during business hours and I have tried sending multiple emails which will not go through.

Saw a few other places around that Les Hovencamp has passed away within the last week or so.
