My GF Dorris smokes but her $250 a day heroin addiction is a bigger problem. Can't teller nothin she's a hard headed 350 pound EMO girl, i love her

Hottest first encounter ever, I pulled up in front of a house to check on a job.
She was under a Jeep Wagoneer cussin' a blue streak about how hard it was to get the bolts started for the transfer case.
That caught my attention.

She pulled a Marlboro out of the breast pocket with her grease covered fingers, lit it, grabbed a warm half drank Budwiser off the hood and took a long gulp looked me up and down and said, 'who the hell are you'?
She was 17, I was spellbound.
That was 30 years ago, we're still pretty tight. She had me infatuated with that story well before the cigarette. Thankfully my wife nor kids have ever smoked. I couldn’t live with a smoker and yes it does unfairly age a woman’s face compared to us.

Never liked it but married a smoker, wish she would quit that cshit I did too. But, as the kids got older they she quit. I couldn't convince her to stop but the kids did. Funny, about that time she also stopped putting out. kwg

A few observations:
1) during training was in on an autopsy of a heavy smoker who died of lung cancer. Besides the amorphous, alien mass of the tumor in his lungs, they both looked like they had had course ground pepper ground over them. Speckles of tar about the size of #6 shot covered his lungs.
2) Nicotine addiction is a very difficult one to break physically and emotionally.
3) heavy smokers with severe COPD are great anesthetic risks should they need general anesthesia for surgery.
4) one of the most awful sights (for me anyway) is watching a severe COPD patient, in their last weeks, on oxygen, but still struggle with air hunger even at rest. If there is more terrible feeling than suffocating, I’m not sure what it is.
5) even at the very best, everything smells — their clothes, breath, vehicle, and house.
