The quote below was posted at another forum. Can anyone confirm the change in business? ILya? I thought I read or heard of some new designs being released. "As of today, SWFA, Inc. is in the process of transitioning from being a retailer of many different brands, to solely being a manufacturer/retailer of our in house line of products in order to fully concentrate resources to the continued growth, expansion, and success of the SWFA-SS brand.

I hope they maintain the quality of their products at their place in the market. If they cut corners for profit they’ll lose the only thing they had going for them. Reliability.

Does this mean they are doing away with the samplelist?

Concentrating efforts growing their own brand makes a lot of sense. Wishing them continued success. Good shootin' -Al

All my using guns have SWFA scopes on them. I truly hope they are able to continue with their own products only. I also hope there is a super Memorial day sale.

Any rumor on putting MIL QUAD reticle in the 2.5-10X32 ultralight? Thanks I hope they maintain the quality of their products at their place in the market. And a shorter elevation turret and a capped windage would be awesome!

I'd also encourage them to accurately list specs like weight and eye relief on all of their scopes. FWIW they have a pretty darn good sale going on what they have left in stock.

I got my first SWFA scope this last winter. It's the fixed 10 x 42. I really like it. I have been contemplating a second one as well. The fixed 6. I'm completely happy with mine.

I probably hit more elk with a pickup than you have with a rifle. I have yet to see anyone claim Leupold has never had to fix an optic. I know I have sent a few back. 2 MK 6s, a VX-6, and 3 VX-111s.

Sure gonna miss buying from them. They had great prices especially when they did sales. No shipping or tax either. Got no interest in their scopes though.
