Just checked my records. We actually went through 4 gallons of Danny's syrup last year, finishing the last 1/2 gallon jug this morning. I just sent payment for three half gallons of this years production.

Tapped out for the year at 960 gallons, down some from last year but still a great year. Started the cleanup today and will follow with cutting wood for next spring.
