I've also developed good loads with RL23, IMR7828, IMR 4831, and IMR 4350 with bullets ranging from 120 to 154gr What’s your opinion on your 7828 loads? The 7828 is decent depending on my bullet chosen, but no matter what bullet I've tried, the 7828 is usually not the most accurate. H4831SC, RL23, and H1000 have outshot the 7828, but it's certainly useful and the speeds gained are great. Yeah, it’s fast for sure.
By the way, in case you missed it, Jeremiah was a bullfrog.

55 grains of H4350 behind a 150eldx @3,046fps. Really tight groups and kills red deer well.
Experience is something you get, just after you needed it.

63.5 VV N165 with 140 AB’S runs right at 3200 in my 23” barreled Borden Timberline and cuts the same hole. This is the load I settled on except that I used the 140gr VLD-H

I love my 280 AI! My rifle has a 1-10" twist rate and does better with lighter bullets. These two have been standouts for me:
140 gr AB - has been my go to load for pronghorn and mule deer. 59.0 gr RL-16 3200 ft/sec
150 gr TTSX - effective elk round. 56.0 gr RL-16 3070 ft/sec
Experience is a hard teacher because she gives the test first, the lesson afterwards.

IMR7828 has been my go-to powder paired with Noslers 160 grain Partition. In my rifle, 60 grains produced about 2950 FPS and great accuracy. I've taken elk, mule deer, and antelope with that load.

Hicountry, what charge weight are you using with the rl26? With Petersen brass I am topping out at around 61.5gr.

stumbled on a 139gr interlock over 55gr of H100V as a fantastically accurate load in my Montana while looking for something easy shooting that happened to use a powder I had on the shelf with no use for.
Will also be working up a load with the 145LRX shortly. Anyone used IMR 4451 or 4955 with the 145 LRX?
