Its terrible legislation that gives this illegal gov and future govs power they should not have. We don't even know who actually wrote the bill. Guaranteed it was not the guys who signed it as "sponsors". No Such Agency?

It was merely presented to them to be signed, or else your money dries up, and the photos get released to the press.
