I have two WWII era Mausers. I have wondered if they had killed American G.I.?

No.
Like someone else said "I think too much".
It's fun to look at an old gun and wish it could talk, might not be as much fun to look at one and know it's story.

Just an object. It has no memory or carries no guilt. Only the person buying it can dwell on the past.

I sold a 12ga to a fellow I worked with. He blew his brains out with it a few years later over a girl.

I'd have a hard time if I knew the person or family of the deceased. Otherwise I'd buy it.

It does occur to me that if a time came that you really NEEDED a gun to protect yourself or another you wouldn’t care what the gun had been used for before.

a good deal is a good deal. The gun wasn't responsible for the suicide. I'd grab it

BIL ended himself with a Kimber 9mm Aegis I’d given him as a gift. He’d gone off into the woods to do it and it took a while to find him afterwards. LE put the gun in a plastic bag and returned it to the family. I was the only option to get it cleaned and the smell out of it. I wanted to go ahead and keep it but my nephew decided he wanted it and it wasn’t worth the hard feelings so I let him. No real feeling on the guns history. It’s just a tool.

People die many ways. We all will.
Who cares the route.
If I wanted the gun I'd buy it in a flash.
Same with a vehicle, house, etc...
Since you asked you better pass. If you had to asked, you won't be happy with having it thats for sure.

If you had an opportunity to buy a gun for a great price, but it was used in a suicide, would you? Some friends have said "its bad juju", I am leaning towards "its just metal, it doesn't know or care". What do you think? My logical side agrees with you, but I'd still be creeped out a little. This x 3 I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to enjoy it like I should.

Who knows. No real obligation to tell you. Probably thousands or even millions in circulation. Doesn't bother me.

I bought an S&W K38 that a neighbor used to kill himself. He'd said so several times. The man had lung cancer and enphesyma and he was 80 something years old. He was living with his son in aw and daughter and when the cops gave her husband the gun she had fits. Told him get it out of my house. I gave him $100 for the gun and traded it off for a nice commercial FN Mauser in 30-06. I never even shot the gun before trading it off.
I currently have an S&W M28 that has some kind of finish the looks like parkerizing or something similar. Looks like it was used to cover up some pits from blood spatter. No idea of the history as I bought it at a gun show. It's a good shooter and I used it in demonstrations done during Hunter Ed range day sessions.

It's just a tool, an inanimate object. It has no evil spirit or anything else. I have an antique chair that my 1st wife was sitting in when she died (cancer). It hasn't haunted the house.

I’d give it a real good cleaning and then not think twice about it. My thoughts exactly.

I'd give the gun a second chance...
I figure it wouldn't do anything I wouldn't do.

I've cleaned two suicide guns in the past few years. One was a Smith&Wesson Bodyguard that a guy I went to school with son took from him, went in the bathroom and put one through his head. 12 year old kid. What astounded me with both guns was how much blood got pumped into them before they fell away. Sets up like tar.

I would and I did. An acquaintance's uncle used his snubby model 19 to end himself. The family had it cleaned, but wanted to be rid of it. They offered it to me for a price I couldn't resist. Nice revolver. I kept it for a few years and shot it often - even carried it some. Eventually got to thinking of it as an investment that I could use the substantial profit for something more to my liking, but its history never bothered me.
IMO, assigning "bad juju" to a murder or suicide gun is no different than the idea of guns having psychic power to turn individuals into killers. It's irrational and lends credence to the gun control/ban narrative.
