Those little piglets look like they could be made into good eats. Kendall Fredricks marinates and BBQ's the little ones whole.
I watch his YouTube videos about his hog trapping and cooking. Smart man that Kendall.

I don't know why Texas still has a hog problem. They are delicious! They are so good, I figured you guys would have eaten them all by now. grin

We dump hogs in our bone yard & come morning there is often, literally no sign of them. Not even a single bone. If there are any signs it is usually the rib cage picked clean as it can be.

They don’t last long, buzzards on them within the hour, coyotes hit them that night, a dozen will be gone in two days. It be interesting to put a game camera there for a couple of nights.

Think I would offer them to poor people. Well would charge them something for cutting it up but pretty inexpensive. Trashing them seem's like a waste. if I didn;t do that, I'd have quite a bit in the freezer. Just can't see trashing food.

I don’t have time to clean a bunch of those bastards. How would I keep it from spoiling before I got it to someone that would eat it??

I’d you decide to eat wild hog, you have to cook the [bleep] out of it. Trichinosis is a real thing! These hogs eat anything they can get their snouts on. Store bought pork is a safer bet.

I’m guilty of eating my fair share. My wife loved shopping for them. She likes one that with head and legs cut off would fit in a 48 qt. Igloo. We have had more than a few BBQed whole. If you’re expecting wild hogs to taste like store bought they don’t. Wild hogs pretty much keep the fat run off. They also feed on different food than domestic. Hasbeen
