You may want to read the Executive Orders, the Continuance of Government, the War Powers Act, and the Law of War Manual before you open your mouth.
I've been saying this long before any so called "anonymous dude" posted it on Twitter. But, that dude is correct and the other "dude" was congratulated by Trump for figuring it out.
You might want to fill your lamp back up with oil before it's to late. Okay. So you know, jag knows, Trump knows, some anonymous dude on Twitter knows – does the military know? Who in the Hell do you think has been doing all this? You can't believe the Military is capable of much because the CIA media has programmed folks with their propaganda including using CGI. Add the National Guard to your list because Trump Federalized them in 2020 with another Executive Order that was posted on this thread.

Welllllll, technically he isn't President, but instead is the Commander in Chief. I know, the President is the Commander in Chief, but there is a bit of a difference. If the War Powers Act was inacted, then there is a declared war, then the President is no longer the President but the CIC until the War is over. Since the War isn't over, Trump is still CIC, but Biden is not President. It's a fine line I know, but there it is. A CIC can also Federalize the National Guard and put them under the CIC command. They stay Federalized until the threat is gone or the CIC rescinds the order. Neither has happened so the National Guard are still Federalized and Trump is still the CIC.
Because Trump is CIC, the Military at the moment has jurisdiction in all things domestic. Call it Martial Law if you want, but it is not quite although the Law of War Manual is in affect along with the other War Powers manuals. Under the Continuance of Government the CIC or President can move the Capital to another designation area for the safety of the Government. Washington DC is in the hands of a foreign entity so therefore the US Government is not safe in that location. Trump moved it to Texas. So, technically, shouldn’t this be signed by Trump? I mean, can there be TWO Commanders in Chief? Briefing Room Statements and Releases Dear Mr. Speaker: (Dear Madam President:) At my direction, United States Armed Forces personnel have conducted an operation to evacuate United States personnel and others from Khartoum, Sudan, in response to the deteriorating security situation in Sudan. To conduct and support this operation, United States Armed Forces personnel with appropriate combat equipment deployed to Djibouti, Ethiopia, and Sudan. United States Armed Forces personnel will remain deployed in Djibouti to protect United States personnel and others until the security situation no longer requires their presence, and additional forces are prepared to deploy to the region if required. I directed this action consistent with my responsibility to protect United States citizens both at home and abroad and in furtherance of United States national security and foreign policy interests, pursuant to my constitutional authority as Commander in Chief and Chief Executive and to conduct United States foreign relations. I am providing this report as part of my efforts to keep the Congress fully informed, consistent with the War Powers Resolution (Public Law 93-148).
