Never been on it but I see it when I fly into SF occasionally.

Ever drive across it, walk on it? Even see it? Question #3 seems redundant. But...yes, no, yes. Not redundant at all.

A couple times. Was fortunate enough to be passing over it as an aircraft carrier was coming in. That was a great view.

It's an inspiring experience. Glad I saw it when California was fairly normal and SF quirky weird, not disgusting insane. The "City" and Bay Area were great places to visit in the late 60s/early 70s. I miss going there and to Stinson Beach. I wouldn't go to SF with a 10' pooper-scooper now.

I've been under it twice in the same day, walked across and back several times and driven over too many times to count, especially right after my ex-wife divorced me. Found a place call Zacks in Marin County the hat always had a few college girls one could easily hook up with. Weekends were s total blast with more girls that guys. Had some good times there. I wonder if they're even still in business? This was back in 1966/1967. I left San Francisco permanently in 1968. Only would go back for family birthdays and holidays and never stayed for very long. Wabigoon: Decades ago when I still had some respect for kalifornicationkopia I took my VarmintFamily there to do some touring. We wanted to walk out on the Golden Gate Bridge as it was a sunny summers day and many tourists were doing the same - in fact the tourist parking lot was full so I let the VarmintFamily out near the start of the walkway to the bridge and I went and waited for a parking spot for the rental car. I finally found one and then began walking back to the bridge walkway. As I approached the sidewalk of the bridge several obviously homosexual fellas briskly walked up to me and asked if we could talk. It turns out they were the homosexual suicide prevention "flying squad" and they were there to try and prevent A.I.D.S. ridden folks from leaping off the bridge! Seeings I was "alone" and male they thought I may be headed for self destruction. We talked and I convinced them I was heterosexual and not A.I.D.S. ridden and NOT suicidal. Quite a view from the bridge. kalifornicationkopia was a beautiful state, sad that it has turned into such a anti-American, liberalshithole, cesspool. Hold into the wind VarmintGuy

I've driven a boat under it. The ships are pretty intimidating when they are coming at you.

How about the "Guinea Gangplank"? Apologies to Geno. I'm originally from "Back East". No gangplank there, just a ride to the East River or Hudson River with your "cementa shoes"

I've driven a boat under it. The ships are pretty intimidating when they are coming at you. Hey, you drive a boat too? I bet you park it also. Some folks are picky nautical types and use words like pilot and dock instead of drive and park. Oh, happy birfday too.
