Apart from finding a Canjar trigger with one, is there any easier way to put a tang safety on a Mauser 98 (other than buying one that's already been done)?. Then there's the separate problem of finding someone to weld it onto the tang.

Never seen a Canjar trigger with a tang safety, sure you don't mean a side safety ?

Saw them advertised quite a few years back; never saw one in person.

Rich, is the Canjar tang safety a weld-on job or attached some other way? The picture sort of looks like it's fastened in place with the rear action screw.
