Not tonight. Tuesday apparently was National BBQ or National Grilling day or some such. I got a couple of steaks out to thaw, then ran out of time and they waited (aging?) until Thursday. ![[Linked Image from i.postimg.cc]](https://i.postimg.cc/6pbtS0Lj/IMG-20230518-173201566-HDR.jpg) Tonight was tandoori wahoo the wife cooked in the air fryer.
