I'm a huge fan of Tillamook Ice Cream, which is made about an hour from here on the coast. There is no way I could pick a single favorite from all their flavors...

Sheister - I came across a seasonal one they put out last fall "Pumpkin Pie". Dayum, it was good. Tillamook or Umpqua are both my go-to brands. Hard to choose a single favorite, but can't go wrong with Vanilla Bean. Doctor it up with chocolate as needed.

All of 'em. Grown men eating ice cream should be shot in the face and tossed to the side of a road.
All of 'em. Now you've gone too far, pal. 🤣

Seems like every time I go to the store they have a new flavor, which is why I responed as I did. We have White chocolate raspberry , Strawberry, Mountain Huckleberry, and Monster cookie in our freezer right now because it was on sale last week. Can't remember the name of the last couple we got but I believe one of them was Marionberry swirl, and the other was some sort of Chocolate/caramel chocolate chip. My doctor would probably give me a good tongue lashing for my diet, but honestly it is my 125 lb wife who has the sweet tooth in our house... yup, their vanilla bean is pretty great also

Tillamook's Marionberry Pie has actual pie in it, including crust bits. Oh,my...
It's just about time for Utah raspberries, so there will definitely be a few sinfully wonderful shakes upcoming. Wife and I generally split a Large.

Good vanilla covered with maple syrup. Ah, a man of great taste! I like the amber grade maple syrup best myself, it is harvested fairly early in the season (2nd from the left below) but its all good! /John

I can b e pretty damned happy with a bowl of decent Vanilla as long as I can pour Momma's home made strawberry freezer jam over the top. Sometimes I might add a bit of Chocolate syrup or hot fudge as well.
Toppings excluded, I once got a half gallon of "Fresh Peach" from the Schwann's truck. Damn, it was good. that was several years ago and was seasonal, I have not been able to find it again.

TJ’s Horchata or wildberry cheesecake is good. Also their salted maple syrup blend is tasty too.

Just finished a small bowl as I read this. My father used to by maple syrup from the Mennonites back in the early 70s for $20/gallon. I still remember him grumbling when the price went up to $25. We used to buy 2 gallons for the year and store it in the freezer to keep the mold off it.
