Our own Ken Howell posted some information on making such a suit. He provided threads to directions for making your own suit. Pretty complicated but looked intriguing.

The original idea behind the ghillie suit was to breakup the silhouette and use the available vegetation to enhance the suit. If you decide to make your own suit, Way cheaper, if that's a factor. Wally world has camo burlap cheap. Put a lot of ties on the suit so you can tie the local vegetation on the suit. You can also use velcro fasteners on the suit. Good luck.

how about all that beef in scotts' add. they really seem to be busting you balls. stand high and keep it going. i'm new to this forum and it seems to be a might bit entertaining.
