Next time you go to the Yellowstone area try heading out the east exit/entrance towards Cody, WY and fish 52 miles of the North Fork of the Shoshone River. The highway runs along the Shoshone for 50 miles from the east entrance to the town of Cody. Very accessible. There are 10 or 12 nice streams feeding into the Northfork all along the way. Once you get to Cody, head north to the Clark's Fork. Great fishing in that country too. I spent a week vacation there some years back and fished every day and still didn't hit all the streams but caught lots of fish.
