I prefer the Full Target (target trigger, target hammer, target sights)
But, maybe the OP's has collector value ?
Here's a 17-4 with the heavy barrel, target grips and 3T's

I like those grips for my larger hands. I'm not into collector value but I just want to use stuff. The sights on that old 22 revolver are adjustable and in my opinion more elegantly done than later model 17's.

I like to cut the big target grips down a bit to fit my hand.

I also like the “3T’s”, have a matching pair of target 8 3/8” K guns, .38 spec and .22 LR.

Looks like a K-22 Outdoorsman. The serial number will be on the butt, front of cylinder, under the ejector rod on the barrel flat.

Pinecricker, hope you picked up that K22.
